1997 was the founding year of the Ballet Conservatory with vocational training. This cornerstone was set at that time Michael Fichtenbaum, about his philosophy of life, the youth work and the connecting people enough to do. The most important elements arePractical training and stage experience. Through appearances with world stars like Vladimir Malakhov, Diana Vishneva, Andrei Batalov, Anastasia Volochkova and much more is the young artists as a result of the door and gate for the international world of ballet open. The basis for the successful completion of an apprenticeship course is of course the educational diversity and a correspondingly extensive repertoire. This is guaranteed by international Ballett masters.

International Theater exchange projects and choreographers of the highest level such as Renato Zanella, Artur Kholmakov, Reiner Feistel, Peter Breuer or Michael Fichtenbaum complete the training system and contribute to its success.
